Abstract: The aim of the research was to identify the effect of financial stability as an intermediate variable on the relationship between financial inclusion and investments in Egyptian banks. A number of sub-goals fall under this main objective: 1 - Test the impact of financial inclusion on investments in Egyptian banks. 2- Examining the impact of financial inclusion on financial stability in banks. 3 - Test the impact of financial stability on investments in Egyptian banks. 4- Examining the effect of financial stability as an intermediary variable on the relationship between financial inclusion and investments in Egyptian banks. In order to achieve the previous objectives, the researcher conducted an empirical study on the Egyptian banks in the period from 2013 to 2017. The researcher concluded that there is a significant effect of the financial inclusion on the financial stability and investments in Egyptian banks, in addition to the impact of financial stability on investments in Egyptian banks, Financial stability can also be seen as a mediating variable between financial inclusion and investments in Egyptian banks, and mediation is complete
