Abstract: Improving The Performance Of Employees" is a great interest to both academic researchers and managers of organizations. The current research concernes with describing and analyzing the relationship between the requirements of “empowering employees approach” and the development of the performance of faculty members in secondary schools in Al-Gharbia Governorate to improve their performance, The primary data needed for the study were collected through the design answers. The researcher distributed this list to the sample of the target sample through personal interviews. The response rate was about 87%. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the opinins of the faculty members of the public secondary schools with respect to the practice of “emporing employees approach” due to the differences in their demographic characteristics(age, gender, educational qualification, length of service, job level). In addition, the results indicated that there is a statistically significant difference between the opinins of those faculty members In terms of their performance related with their demographic characteristics. Further,the results revealed a statistically significant relationship between the exercise of “emporing employees approach” and the performance of faculty members teaching in the schools under study, which emphasizes the need for applying the empowerment employees approach in these secondary schools.of a direct survey list that was tested with closed questions and specific
