Abstract : This paper investigates the effect of human resources management practices on workplace bullying behavior. Therefore, two research hypotheses have been developed and 350 questionnaires have been distributed on the employees in governmental hospitals operate in Kafrelsheikh. Person correlation coefficient, simple correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression were the statistical methods used to investigate this research hypotheses. While a significant positive effect of the performance evaluation practices on the workplace bullying behavior and the workplace bullying behavior oriented towards the employee’ personally have been emphasized, a significant negative effect of the teamwork has been demonstrated. Furthermore, the results indicate a significant positive effect of the communications and negative effect of the teamwork and performance evaluation on the workplace bullying behavior oriented towards the employee’ body. Finally, some recommendation, however, have been introduced in order to reduce the workplace bullying behavior feeling by the employees.
