Abstract this research is seeking to identify the factors which influencing mental budget applied Egyptian consumers in three governance (cairo,behera,menofia) ,sample size was 710 cases ,the results reveal that There is a significant relationship between economic and political variables ,marketing efforts and mental budget. identifying and profiling the change and non change in mental budget behavior which explain that change in mental budget is more likely to be affected by consumers demographics and psychological especially income, family life cycle and age
