Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of perceived justice on customer relationships quality (CRQ) in five and four-star hotels at Libyan capital Tripoli. A questionnaire has been designed to collect data. sample size 335 were collected to test the research model. the findings revealed that perceived justice has a positive direct significant effect on a customer relationships quality. This study achieved a theoretical and practical contribution for those interested in this field.
