Abstract: Objective of the study is to identify the ability of tools for On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) on the classification and analysis of accounting data and its impact on maximizing the profitability of Supply Chain (SC) with OLAP relational models, and to achieve the objectives of the study were to adopt the analytical descriptive approach, where the researchers conducted a case study (Arabian Gulf Oil Company) through the application on the operational database. Has been reached that OLAP techniques can be used in a large amount of cost data, and also in light of this data correlation and multiple characteristics of each center or material, product, method of production, which contributes to a deeper analysis and to develop new relationships and patterns serve to improve and maximize profitability SC. ک
