Abstract:
This research aimed to
investigate the relationship < br />between authentic leadership and
counterproductive performance,
applied to multinational industrial
companies (MNCs) in Egypt.
An analytical model is
developed as a guideline to test the
relationship between authentic
leadership and counterproductive
performance. A quantitative
method with deductive approach
were chosen in this research. The
SPSS is used to process the
primary data.
The findings shows that
authentic leadership is negatively
related to counterproductive
performance. Also, it shows that
authentic leadership has a negative
effect on counterproductive
performance.
