This research aimed to Measure the impact of transformational leadership dimensions on creating continuous learning opportunities and connecting the organization to its environment, applied to governmental press institutions in Egypt.
A proposed model is developed to test the relationship between transformational leadership dimensions on creating continuous learning opportunities and connecting the organization to its environment, a questionnaire is designed and data have been collected. Sample size is 349, and the response rate is 258 (74% of sample size).
The findings shows that transformational leadership is positively related to creating continuous learning opportunities and connecting the organization to its environment. Also, it shows that individualized consideration and inspirational motivation has a positive effect on creating continuous learning opportunities and connecting the organization to its environment but there is no significant effect for each of the Idealized Influence and Intellectual Stimulation.
