The aim of this research is to study the impact of some dimensions of distributed leadership on the dimensions of work engagement applied to the staff in the department of education in the Ninawa governorate Republic of Iraq. To achieve this objective we designed a survey of 60 questions ,and the sample size is 383 employees , and pooling the answers of the workers under study and analyzed statistically. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between some dimensions of distributed leadership and the dimensions of work engagement.
