The objectives of this study are to identify the dimensions of total quality management principles and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors dimensions with Chemical Companies in the governorates of Cairo and Dakahlia, and determine the degree of the effect of the Total Quality Management Principles on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the companies under study .
Where the dimensions of total quality management principles are Effective Leadership and Strategic Planning, and Focus on The Customer and Focus on The Processes, and Expertise of The Work Force and Facts-Based Decision Making, and . the dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors are Altruism and Courtesy, and Sportsmanship and Civic Virtue, and Conscientiousness .
It has been selected a stratified random sample of worker high , middle , top,dministrative levels with the companies under study to collect primary data and statistical method analysis based on appropriate to the nature of this data in order to validating hypotheses of the study .
The results of this study show that there is there is significant effect of the Total Quality Management Principles on the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the companies under study .
