الملخص:
تستهدف هذه الدراسة اختبار تأثير القيادة الروحية علي الملکية النفسية  لدى المعلمين والإداريين في مدارس الثانوي العام الحکومي بمحافظة الدقهلية ، وتم جمع بيانات من  (369)  مفردة وتحليلها إحصائيا .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط  معنوي بين کل من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الرؤية، الأمل/الايمان، حب الإيثار، المعني/الاتصال، العضوية) وأبعاد الملکية النفسية (الکفاءة الذاتية، الهوية الذاتية، الإنتماء، المساءلة، الإستقلال، المسؤولية) ، کما توصلت الدراسة لوجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لأربعة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الرؤية ، الأمل/الإيمان ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي الکفاءة الذاتية ، کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاثة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الأمل/الإيمان ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي الهوية الذاتية ، کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاثة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الأمل/الإيمان ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي الإنتماء ، وکذلک  يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاثة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الرؤية ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي المساءلة، وأيضا  يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لأربعة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الرؤية ، الأمل/الإيمان ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي الإستقلال ، کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاثة أبعاد من أبعاد القيادة الروحية (الأمل/الإيمان ،المعني/الإتصال ،العضوية) علي المسئولية
