تأثير الروحانية فى مکان العمل على الارتباط بالعمل (بالتطبيق علي شرکات قطاع الأعمال العام بمحافظة الدقهلية)

الملخص:
تستهدف هذه الدراسة اختبار تأثير أبعاد الروحانية فى مکان العمل على أبعاد الارتباط بالعمل وذلک بالتطبيق على الموظفين بشرکات قطاع الأعمال العام في محافظه الدقهلية ، وتم جمع بيانات من (377) مفردة وتحليلها احصائياً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط معنوي بين أبعاد الروحانية في مکان العمل ( العمل الهادف ، الإحساس بالإنتماء للمجتمع ، والتوافق مع القيم التنظيمية ) و أبعاد الارتباط بالعمل ( الحماس ، التفانى ، والانغماس ) ، کما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابى لأبعاد الروحانية في مکان العمل ( العمل الهادف ، الإحساس بالإنتماء للمجتمع ، والتوافق مع القيم التنظيمية ) على الحماس. کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابى لأبعاد الروحانية في مکان العمل (العمل الهادف ، الإحساس بالإنتماء للمجتمع ، والتوافق مع القيم التنظيمية ) على التفانى. کما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابى لأبعاد الروحانية في مکان العمل ( العمل الهادف ، الإحساس بالإنتماء للمجتمع ، والتوافق مع القيم التنظيمية ) على الانغماس  .
 
This study aimed to examine the effect of the dimensions of the workplace  spirituality on the dimensions of work Engagement by applied to employees of public business sector companies in the Dakahlia Governorate, Data were collected from (377) individuals and statistically analyzed. And the Findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between workplace spirituality dimensions and dimensions of work Engagement. Also there is a significant effect of three dimensions of workplace spirituality (Meaningful work, Sense of Community, Alignment with organization values) on Vigor. Also there is a significant effect of three dimensions of workplace spirituality (Meaningful work, Sense of Community, Alignment with organization values) on Dedication. Also there is a significant effect of three dimensions of workplace spirituality (Meaningful work, Sense of Community, Alignment with organization values) on Absorption
