This study has been applied to a sample of ( 325) of manager and worker at local unit in Kalyobiya governorate, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of direct and indirect linking The variables of the study , Also see is there a role for Administrative corruption in the relationship between the distributive justice and organizational trust , and used the analysis of correlation and path Analysis has employed to illuminate such relationship. The results showed a significant relationship between distributive justice and organization trust strong positive correlation , whereas a strong negative correlation between distributive justice and the administrative corruption has been revealed .Also , a

medium negative correlation between organizational trust and the of administrative corruption has been discovered , and show that the center of the administrative corruption has had a significant effect on the relationship between distributive justice and organization trust, was to provide a set of recommendations in this regard , as has been proposed a number of future research in this regard.
