This study aims to identify the directions in the administrative staff of the University Sulaimani Polytechnic the impact Human resource management practices across this University of performance also testing the differences in these various orientations based on personal and functional characteristics. involved Comprehensive amounted to (299) employees who work at the university, where questionnaires were distributed through field visits and the number of valid questionnaires is recovered for statistical analysis (272) questionnaires and adopted in the analysis of data SPSS was used in the analysis of data.
The results showed the existence of a Human resource management practices with Organization Performance.
It’s revealed several findings: the independent variables (polarization and appointment, Training and Development, Performance Evaluation, compensations, Health and safety) staff human resource management practices affect the dependent variable and the purpose of the performance of the university.
