The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the empowerment human resources and some of competitive advantage dimensions in the communication companies in Erbil / Iraq, And identify the nature of the impact of empowering human resources on these dimensions,
also aimed to detect the degree of statistical differences the impact of empowering human resources to the dimensions of competitive advantage in the companies under study, by use sample of (252) workers in communication companies, and the analysis of the date was carried out using the program (SPSS), The study found a relationship between the dimensions of human resources empowerment and the dimensions of the competitive advantage, also found there are impact of the dimensions of human resources empowerment of on the dimensions of competitive advantage (cost, quality, flexibility).
