This research aimed to investigate the relationship between cultural
diversity and authentic leadership, applied to multinational industrial
companies (MNCs) in Egypt.
An analytical model is developed as a guideline to test the
relationship between cultural diversity and authentic leadership. A
quantitative method with deductive approach were applied in this research.
We used SPSS package to analyze the primary data.
The findings shows that cultural diversity is positively related to
authentic leadership. Also, it shows that long -term orientation, femininity
and uncertainty avoidance are positive and significant effect on authentic
leadership, while it shows that power distance and masculinity have a
negative and significant effect on authentic leadership.
