The study aims to analyze the costs and benefits of using cloud computing technology in companies when transforming from the present systems. This study tries to express the cost and the benefit in guiding the decision of transforming to the cloud computing technology with studying the risks and disadvantages of using such technology.
The study shows the availability of operating systems of information accounting for the users according to the technological and communicating modern media. Applying such technology leads to reducing the cost of getting information from the accounting system according to analyzing the cost and the benefit. Guiding the decision makes the information be benefited when transforming to the technology of cloud computer accounting according to analyzing of benefit and cost. Applying such

technology supports the reducing in cost that represents the model use of computing resources and human ability and to be accurate and quick in transforming the information and data between the company and its branches. Transforming to the technolo0gy of cloud computing avoids the company the security problems in net and to be recovered quickly. The study recommends the necessity of using analyzing the benefit and cost in transforming to such technology in the company, the necessity of participating the employees in courses to increase their skills and experiences that make them able to deal with such technology and modern technology with explaining the concept of cloud computing as it is characterized with benefits from technological and economic benefits that make the use of such a technique more freedom without making the company have any kind of costs of getting such technology. The study recommends the necessity of previous companies in such a field and in modern technology communication.
