leadership and employee's innovative behavior The decision relied on all of the value of correlation coefficients between each dimension of ethical leadership dimensions and employee's innovative behavior , the results also reveal that there is asignificant difference between the attitudes of the three segments of employees (Doctors,Nurses, administrators) about administrative leaders' practice level of ethical leadership,also There is a statistically significant difference between employee's practice level of innovative behavior,and There is no significant differences between attitudes of employees about innovative behavior according to some demographic characteristics (gender,age,duration of experience , educational qualification). lastly,anumber of practical recommendations are drawn from this research that migh improve both ethical leadership and employee's innovative behavior.
