The primary purpose of this research is to know the role the transformational leadership in support and encourage of the organizational innovation in North Delta Company to Electricity Distribution, and to investigate the impact of the transformational leadership on the organizational innovation. Depending on the data obtained from the survey, which was conducted on a representative sample of workers North Delta Company to Electricity Distribution (sample=368), the results indicate that there is a relationship between transformational leadership and organizational innovation , Also results indicated that transformational leadership and its dimensions have a significant positive effect on the organizational innovation and its dimensions.
