The aim of this research is to define the impact of attracting and developing talent on the organizational intelligence by applying on managers of najaf directorate-General for Education in Iraq. to achieve this goal the researchers design a survey composing of 36 questions, and the size of the population is 115 managers. The data were gathered through the personel interview and statistical analysis, and the results showed a positive correlation between attracting and development talent and organizational intelligence. Talent attracting was the most influential on the dimensions of organizational intelligence.
