هدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز كفاءة سلاسل الإمداد والتوريد العسكرية وفهم العوامل المؤثرة فيها، وتقييم كيفية مساهمة إدارة المخاطر في تحسين الأداء اللوجستي والتركيز على الأساليب الفعالة للتعامل مع التهديدات المحتملة، مع تقديم توصيات لتحسين التنسيق بين الوحدات العسكرية المختلفة لتحقيق استجابة سريعة وفعّالة للعمليات، واستخدم البحث المنهجين التاريخي والاستقرائي، وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها: أن ضعف التنسيق بين الوحدات العسكرية يؤثر سلبًا على فعالية العمليات اللوجستية ويؤدي إلى تأخيرات في تقديم الدعم، كما أظهر البحث أن نقص الإمدادات الأساسية يؤثر بشكل مباشر على الجاهزية القتالية للقوات المسلحة، كما تبين أيضا أن الفشل في إدارة سلاسل الإمداد يؤدي إلى عدم الاستجابة السريعة للأزمات، مما يعرض الأمن القومي للخطر، وقد أوصى البحث ببعض التوصيات منها: تعزيز التنسيق بين الوحدات العسكرية من خلال إنشاء أنظمة متكاملة للتواصل لضمان تدفق المعلومات بشكل فعال، وتطوير خطط طوارئ شاملة لتوفير الإمدادات اللازمة في حالات الأزمات، مما يعزز الجاهزية القتالية للقوات، والاستثمار في التكنولوجيا الحديثة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي وأنظمة تتبع الشحنات لتحسين كفاءة إدارة سلاسل الإمداد.
 
 
 
 
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the role of strategic management in enhancing the efficiency of military supply chains and understanding the factors affecting them, and evaluating how risk management contributes to improving logistical performance and focusing on effective methods for dealing with potential threats, while providing recommendations to improve coordination between different military units to achieve a rapid and effective response to operations. The research used historical and inductive approaches, and reached several results, the most important of which were: that weak coordination between military units negatively affects the effectiveness of logistical operations and leads to delays in providing support. The research also showed that the shortage of basic supplies directly affects the combat readiness of the armed forces. It also showed that failure to manage supply chains leads to a lack of rapid response to crises, which puts national security at risk. The research recommended some recommendations, including: enhancing coordination between military units by establishing integrated communication systems to ensure effective information flow, developing comprehensive emergency plans to provide the necessary supplies in crisis situations, which enhances the combat readiness of the forces, and investing in modern technology such as artificial intelligence and shipment tracking systems to improve the efficiency of supply chain management.
