Abstract: This study is investigate of the relationship between authentizotic organizations and organizational commitment of workers, applied to education sector in Mansoura University and the impact of authentizotic organization's dimensions on Organizational commitment of workers. An analytical model is developed as a guideline to test the relationship between authentizotic organizations and organizational commitment of workers. A quantitative method with deductive approach were chosen in this research. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire is designed and data have been collected from works at education Sector, The SPSS is used to process the primary data. Stratified random sample is (374), (160) from professors and their assistants and (214) of employees. the valid questionnaires are 207 (55% of sample size). The results of statistical analysis showed that authentizotic organizations' dimensions are positively related to organizational commitment. Also, it shows that some of authentizotic organizations' dimensions have a positive effect on oganizational commitment of workers.
