Abstract This study aims to explore the association between self-Transcendence, Openness to change & psychological contract Violation by applying of College of Great Imam University. We collected 254 questionnaires from employees Results showed that Openness to change significantly impacted psychological contract Violation but self-Transcendence has no significant effect on psychological contract Violation.
