This study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between Organizational Trust and Administrative Communication in Sulaimani Polytechnic University in the Iraqi-Kurdistan Region, It determine the effect of Organizational Trust dimensions on Administrative Communication. The study assumed that there is no statistically significant relationship between the Organizational Trust and the dimensions of the Administrative Communication and there is no statistically significant effect of Organizational Trust dimensions on Administrative Communication. Pearson Correlation Coefficients, Multiple regression analysis, one way ANOVA and T-Test have been used to test the hypotheses of the study. Results indicated that there is statistically significant positive relationship between Organizational Trust and Administrative Communication dimensions (clarity and openness of the communication system, credibility and volume of information, choose of appropriate communication tools, Timing of information communication, Interest and participation and feedback). and there is statistically significant effect of Organizational Trust dimensions (Trust in Supervisor, Trust in Top Management and Trust in Subordinate except Trust in Co-Workers) on Administrative Communications dimensions.
