The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the spread of Counterproductive work behavior on organizational commitment, and to identify the most influential of these behaviors on the organizational commitment.
Depending on the data obtained from the survey, which was conducted on a representative sample of workers Diwan directorates services Dakahlia Governorate (sample=360), the results indicate that there is an inverse relationship between Counterproductive work behavior and organizational commitment , Also results indicated that Counterproductive work behavior have a significant negative effect on counterproductive work behaviors and affective, normative commitment for the employees under consideration. And don’t have significant effect with continuance commitment.
