الملخص:
تستهدف هذه الدراسة اختبار تأثير الممارسات الخضراء للموارد البشرية علي المواطنة البيئية لدى العاملين بشركات قطاع الأعمال العام بمنطقة وسط الدلتا ، وتم جمع البيانات من  (429)  مفردة وتحليلها إحصائيا .وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود ارتباط  معنوي بين كل من الممارسات الخضراء للموارد البشرية (الاستقطاب والاختيار الأخضر ، التدريب الاخضر ، ادارة الاداء الأخضر ،المكافآت الخضراء ،المشاركة الخضراء) وأبعاد المواطنة البيئية (المبادرة البيئية ، المشاركة المدنية- البيئية ، المساعدة البيئية) ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاث ممارسات من الممارسات الخضراء للموارد البشرية (الاستقطاب والاختيار الأخضر ، ادارة الاداء الأخضر ،المشاركة الخضراء) علي المبادرة البيئية ، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاث ممارسات من الممارسات الخضراء للموارد البشرية (الاستقطاب والاختيار الأخضر ، التدريب الاخضر ،المشاركة الخضراء) علي المشاركة المدنية-البيئية ، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي إيجابي لثلاث ممارسات من الممارسات الخضراء للموارد البشرية (المكافآت الخضراء ، التدريب الاخضر ،المشاركة الخضراء) علي المساعدة البيئية.
 
Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Green Human Resource Management Practices  on environmental citizenship applied to employees in public business sector companies in the central delta region. Data were collected from (429) individuals and statistically analyzed.  Findings revealed that there is a positive relationship between each of Green Human Resource Management Practices (Green recruitment and selection, Green-training , Green performance  management , Green pay and reward and Green involvement) and dimensions  of environmental citizenship (eco-initiatives, eco-civic engagement and eco-helping). Also there is a significant effect of  three Practices of Green Human Resource Management Practices  (Green recruitment and selection, Green performance  management and Green involvement) on eco-initiatives. Also there is a significant effect of three Practices  of Green Human Resource Management Practices  (Green recruitment and selection, Green-training and Green involvement) on eco-civic engagement. Also there is a significant effect of three Practices  of  Green Human Resource Management Practices  (Green pay and reward, Green-training and Green involvement) on eco-helping.
