الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الهيبة التنظيمية و أبعاد الملكية النفسية ( الإنتماء – المساءلة – الكفاءة الذاتية – الهوية ) ، بالتطبيق على ( 302 ) مفردة من العاملين بالبنوك التجارية العامة . باستخدام برنامج  SPSS (V.26)، وبناء النموذج الهيكلي وذلك باستخدام نمذجة المعادلة البنائية باستخدام برنامج Smart Pls. ثم أتبعته الباحثة باختبار فروض الدراسة لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرات محل الدراسة ، ومن ثم تحديد نتائج الدراسة .  وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إرتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الهيبة التنظيمية المدركة و الملكية النفسية للعاملين بالبنوك التجارية العامة  . ووجود تأثير معنوي للهيبة التنظيمية المدركة على أبعاد الملكية النفسية ( الإنتماء – المساءلة – الكفاءة الذاتية – الهوية ) وذلك بالنسبة للعاملين بالبنوك العامة. وفي  ضوء ما أسفرت عنه النتائج الخاصة بالبحث تم اقتراح مجموعة من التوصیات
 
Abstract:
This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational prestige and dimensions of psychological ownership (affiliation - accountability - self-efficacy - identity), by applying it to (302) individuals working in public commercial banks. Using the SPSS (V.26) program, and building the structural model using the structural equation modeling using the Smart Pls program. Then the researcher followed it up by testing the hypotheses of the study to find out the relationship between the variables under study, and then to determine the results of the study. The results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the perceived organizational prestige and the psychological ownership of workers in public commercial banks. And the existence of a significant effect of the perceived organizational prestige on the dimensions of psychological ownership (affiliation - accountability - self-efficacy - identity) for workers in public banks. In light of the results of the research, a set of recommendations were proposed
